Book Review - Vampire Darcy's Desire

"Vampire Darcy's Desire" is a new adaptation of Jane Austen's "Pride and Prejudice". It keeps to the traditional regency style and story of Pride and Prejudice while adding a fun new twist: Darcy and Wickham are vampires caught in an eternal fight against each other.

This is a great read because it's much easier to understand than many books written from that time period or in that style. It also does a fantastic job of giving new depth to Darcy - he's the main character and we see his thoughts more often than not, making it a new side to Jane Austen's memorable story.

It works best if read after Pride and Prejudice, and because of that can provide many book club meeting's worth of material.

It's a quick read - it moves so fast that you just can't put it down! Great for romance, vampire, and/or Jane Austen lovers.
